ElevateWorks Digital Refunds & Returns Policy
1) Purpose of This Policy
ElevateWorks delivers efficiency-focused digital resources for business operators. Our catalog may include professional courses, KPI dashboards, performance trackers, and operational toolkits. When you place an order with ElevateWorks, you are purchasing digital access and agree that the rules below control delivery, access rights, support scope, and refund eligibility.
2) Digital-Only Products (No Physical Returns)
Every ElevateWorks item is provided electronically. We do not ship any physical materials, and there is no physical return process. Delivery happens through secure download link(s), a member portal, or both, depending on the product. Because these goods are digital, once access is granted the product can be saved or copied, which changes how refunds and “returns” work compared to physical items.
3) What Counts as “Delivered”
Your order is considered fulfilled as soon as access is issued. This can occur in several ways, including:
a download link is generated for your purchase,
your member portal access is activated, or
the course area, dashboard files, templates, or toolkit materials are made available to your account.
Products may be supplied in common professional formats such as PDF, DOCX, and XLSX (as listed on the product page). Even if you choose not to download immediately, the order is treated as delivered once access is provided.
4) Refund & Return Position (Final Sale After Access)
Because digital intellectual property cannot be reliably “returned,” ElevateWorks treats purchases as final once delivery occurs. After access has been provided, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit. Refunds are not issued once any of the following has happened:
the file(s) have been downloaded,
platform access to a course has been provisioned, or
spreadsheet dashboards, templates, or toolkits have been accessed.
To avoid misunderstandings, we encourage customers to review the product description, included deliverables, and technical requirements before checkout.
5) Support: What We Will Help With (and What We Won’t)
If you experience an access or delivery problem, our priority is to correct it. We can assist with issues such as broken links, portal login problems, missing files, or download errors. Our support is limited to delivery and access restoration; it does not include customization, implementation guidance, business consulting, or adapting templates to your specific operations.
6) Duplicate Purchases
If the same ElevateWorks product is purchased more than once, you may contact support for a transaction review. We may request information needed to verify duplication (such as order confirmation details). If a duplicate purchase is confirmed, we may provide a corrective resolution at our discretion.
7) Updates, Versions, and Product Changes
ElevateWorks may revise or enhance templates, dashboards, and other assets to keep them relevant. Unless the product listing explicitly states that updates are included, access to future versions is not guaranteed with past purchases. Product updates or version changes do not create refund eligibility for earlier purchases.
8) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We aim to resolve issues directly and fairly through support. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of access to purchased materials and associated accounts. We also reserve the right to contest disputes when digital access has already been delivered.
9) Acknowledgement and Policy Changes
By purchasing and accessing ElevateWorks digital products, you confirm that you understand these are non-tangible goods and that physical returns are not possible. This policy may be updated at any time, and changes take effect immediately once posted. Continued use of our site after an update indicates acceptance of the most current version.
